There’s a brand new low-income internet plan in town. It’s called ConnectAll and sounds like one of the very best options available.
Why are we so enthusiastic? Because unlike most of the other low-income internet plans, ConnectAll offers high-speed internet service all 50 states plus Washington, DC. and it offers a very wide variety of ways to qualify.
That’s an unbeatable combination.
Lots of ways to qualify for ConnectAll
Every other low-income internet plan seems to have a different way to qualify. Eligibility may depend on where you live, what kind of government assistance you receive, require a student to reside in your home, or depend on how low your income may be.
But as if to prove that its name is truly an accurate description of its services, ConnectAll will connect almost everyone who qualifies under all those circumstances.
- You can qualify if you live in a low-income zip code.
- You can qualify if you receive any form of government assistance (EBT, SNAP, food stamps, etc)
- You can qualify if you are currently a student or receive free/reduced-priced school lunches
- You can qualify if your total income is less than $50k a year
The cost of ConnectAll
Please understand that ConnectAll costs more up front than most of the other low-income internet plans. Here’s how it works:
You’ll be required to pay $122.00 upfront. That includes the cost of a Coolpad Surf mobile hotspot (regular cost = $110.95) your first month of service ($11.95). So your total upfront cost will be $122.00. After that you will pay just $11.95 per month.
You get unlimited 4G LTE data usage. And when we say unlimited, we mean there are no data limitations, no throttling, and no data overage charges. And you can connect it up to 5-10 devices at any time. And it’s sooooo easy. All you need to do is hook up, turn on the hotspot and hit the internet.
Here’s all the info you need sign up for ConnectAll’s internet plan:
Name of Program: ConnectAll
Phone Number: (206) 633-1517 ext. 114 / ext. 118 (Spanish)

Connect All Internet is what I am looking for!
Henry says
The Connectall.org site currently does not offer any hotspots, so new subscribers are not being accepted at this time. They used the Sprint network for their access and the Sprint 4G system will be shut down by June 30, 2022. All current subscribers will need to transition to a T-Mobile compatible hotspot device before that date or lose their internet access completely. All current subscribers will receive an email message concerning the transition.

it is a little difficult to understand how an internet would jump from about 79.00 monthly to about 12,00 monthly..but it is true.. i bought a plan and i use it with ROKU to watch unlimited movies, news and unlimited programs. i keep it on 24 hours daily i connect to it my home pc, tablet, 2 laser printers, laptop, i carry it wit me when i travel locally and internationally to make and receive calls,,,i connect magic jack to it and i connect my bluetooth items such as headset and tablet to it. i also take it to work to use with my pcs and printers. as such, i disconnect the office local cable line (about 125.00 and my home service about 78.99 monthly) I pay only 12.00 monthly. please let us be grateful and thanksful. my items are downloaded at similar speed of the cable box….unlimited data for 12.00 is worth it.for a regular person like me. thanks

Remarkable, (and telling), is that no mention is made of speeds.
I assume the only way to test reliability is to commit to buy, install and hope for the best.
Nonetheless, I’d be stuck with it and out $100 or more.
Would also be great to have an idea as to how the device works. Does it connect wirelessly — and to what?

Give me a break out here expecting to pay $12 a month for UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET with the nerve to be thinking you need yours faster than standard high speed. If you’re so worried about the speed so bad, then leave the incredible life changing for some deal alone and go pay $80 for nearly the same speed or better then. Otherwise ITS $12 !! WHAT MORE COUOD YOU ASK for MY GOD!! Broke people gave the most self entitled self deprecating ungrateful attitudes of all. There is absolutely NOTHING negative you should be saying about $12 HIGHSPEED INTERNET… disgusting ingrates.

I think this service is probably the same as PCs for People. Including the same Deprioritization when you exceed a certain usage 22GB or whatever it is.
Henry says
The 22 GB appears to have increased to 60 GB recently. Sprint is the service provider and determines how throttling is deployed and to whom.
Henry says
Coolpad Surf hotspot is now available on the site for $99. The monthly internet service cost is $11.95.
jak says
This is not available as of 02 May 2020 per the link you provided in your article. Do you have an update?
Also, as some of the other commenters mentioned, the service is resold form another provider that charges $10/month and $60 for the hotspot device. So, the reseller organization is making a huge margin, 50% recurring monthly and 100% one-time for the device.
Too bad the source orgazanization won’t offer the service and device directly to the low-income consumer. Sad.

With the large numbers of schools closed, many have moved to online classes. That has fueled a high demand for home internet access. From last I checked, both PCs for People and Connect All do not have any hotspot devices for new subscribers. Their sites only say to check back later for updates. The virus pandemic has changed the use of internet at home as many workers and school children are now forced to get access to work and class room materials from working at home. This huge demand for online connections has depleted the bandwidth and availability for the general public. Until the effects of the pandemic start to lessen, I expect a continued strain on the internet availability to all.
Note that hotspots average over $50 retail for brand new models. Right now, most broadband services are sold to the general public at over $50 per month. The only real cheap services are dial up connections at $10 per month. The low income program is essentially providing broadband speeds at dial up prices. In these particular providers, Sprint is the actual provider of the connection service. Sprint is connecting with Mobile Beacon and Mobile Citizen (which are non-profits) to allow low income subscribers to enroll in these programs. As for why doesn’t Sprint offer this directly like Comcast Internet Essentials program to low income individuals and organizations? You will have to direct that to Sprint.
Henry says
Update, The Connectall.org website now shows an offer for internet service. You have to buy a $130 USB stick device and a monthly charge of $11.95 to subscribe for the internet service through Sprint. The price seems rather high compared to the previous hotspot devices that they offered. The offer link is shown below.

We normally do not allow readers to post links, but we know that the ConnectAll.org site is legit.
Henry says
The Connectall.org site no longer lists any hotspot or USB devices to subscribe for internet service as of this date. You will need to keep checking for any later updates.
Gigi says
What are you talking about??? Your numbers don’t add up AT ALL. Who’s doing the adding over there?
It’s NOT 50% markup per month, they are charging a mere mark up of $1.99 EXTRA as their monthly fee is only $11.99 –
And it ABSOLUTELY IS NOT 100% MARK UP on the equipment charge. Their mark up fee on the equipment is an extra $40 over the original cost …as their total equipment/connection charge is only $99.

What good news, a question, but is it now available to contact them? And if it will be good to connect with the 2 PCs and the TV in the house? Because it would help me a lot to contract this Sprint service to quarantine at home watching movies, my children now have the issue of watching movies online through ************** but I am consuming a lot of megabytes and I am not producing almost because I have the business closed.
CheapInternet.com Administrator says
Of course it’s available to call. We wouldn’t have run the article if the company wasn’t ready to help people.
Larry B. says
It appears to be a TMobile modem on their web site. I’ll have to check to see how close their towers are to me. Though I’m on PCs for People and there’s a tower close by, TMobile may have a better network for more locations than Sprint. Then again the two companies are merging so should be interesting. Perhaps PC’s for People will have better coverage in the future and maybe 5G modems.
Henry says
The service is not connected with T-Mobile (although T-Mobile and Sprint will merge in the near future). Hotspot devices are tied to different carriers and some models are specific to certain carriers. This service is through Sprint which you can read in the terms and conditions.
https://connectall.org/internet_program_terms_of_service
PCs for People and Connect All are using Mobile Beacon and Mobile Citizen connections to Sprint for their internet service.
The issue of the upcoming merger and its impact to 4G LTE service is not clear at this time. A lot depends on how the combined T-Mobile and Sprint company will address the Mobile Beacon and Mobile Citizen service association in the future.

My middle name is ‘skeptic’. This sounds unbelievable. But before I jump in headfirst and tell Spectrum what they can do with their Internet, is there a way to check if they are legit and what other customers think? Actually, I would have thought this would have been all over the news and the other internet providers would be jumping out of windows. I do thank you very much for making us aware of this; I would not have known if it were not for you. What would you recommend? Thanks again, Larry
CheapInternet.com Administrator says
We can’t think of any way to “test” the plan other than enrolling for (and paying for) both programs at once.
Henry says
The non-profit company is using Mobile Citizen, LLC as the internet service provider. Mobile Citizen has a contract with Sprint for the internet WiFi service. Note that the low cost service is NOT available to the general public, only to those who meet the low income requirements of their program. Same as with many of the other special internet offers by the other carriers such as Comcast, AT&T, HughesNet, etc. They have low income plans that are not available to the general public. The vast majority of the subscribers for internet service are not low income individuals, so they are not losing a great deal of money by offering these cheap plans. It is very hard to find a low cost plan with a decent data usage amount if you are not low income. WIMAX 3G service which was available from Sprint at $40 per month for unlimited data usage got shut down several years ago. Note that this plan is a hotspot WiFi plan which cannot be as fast as cable, Fios, or satellite internet broadband service (I am lucky to get 10 Mbps speed at any given day). It is only available for low income individuals who live near a Sprint tower. Enrolling requires you to buy the hotspot (almost $100) at the start, so better check on your signal strength from Sprint where you live. There should be a Sprint coverage map on their website.
Larry B. says
Wow! I wonder what network they’re using? Is this a new company? Or maybe an existing company like Tracfone – America Movil?
Thanks
Henry says
They are using the same network (Sprint) that PCs for People service is using. The company started back in 1999 and is based in the Seattle area. They are borrowing the Sprint network service through Mobile Citizen, LLC.
